FORMER Burnley and Wolves footballer Steve Kindon will be the guest speaker at Little Lever Sports Club’s annual sportsman’s dinner.

The event, which is the club’s major fundraiser to help finance the running of more than a dozen football and rounders teams, takes place on March 5 and tickets are priced at £29.

Former Bolton Wanderers manager John McGovern will be the guest speaker at a sportsman’s dinner at Little Lever Cricket Club on Saturday, 7pm start.
